How a visit works
- ConsultationThe doctor examines your skin, asks what you have tried, and explains the options plainly.
- Your planYou get a written plan: which treatment, how many sessions, the full cost, and a home routine.
- Treatment and aftercareTreatment by the doctor or an aesthetic nurse, then aftercare on WhatsApp if you have questions.
Medical care first. Results that look like you.
- A consultation before anything is injected or peeled. If a treatment isn't right for you, we say so.
- Treatments chosen for darker skin tones. Gentle where there is any risk of marks.
- Sterile, single-use needles and medical-grade products. Every time.
- Full prices before you start. No surprises at the desk.

Before you book
Do I need a consultation first?
For most treatments, yes. The doctor checks that the treatment suits your skin and tells you what results to expect. If you already know what you want, you can book the treatment directly and the consultation happens on the day.
Are treatments safe for darker skin?
Yes, when they are chosen and set correctly. Every plan here is made for your skin type and tone, and we start gently where there is any risk of dark marks.
How do I pay?
Cash, M-Pesa or card. Medical dermatology may be covered by your insurer; ask us before your visit.
What if I can't make my appointment?
We send you a WhatsApp reminder the day before. Tap Reschedule and we'll call you to find a new time.
